elevators, train loaders, barge loaders, port facilities,
processing facility grain handling and storage
• Work experience in 22 countries
• Managed facility upgrades on hundreds of projects
• Designed and managed construction of over a dozen new
facilities from country elevators to ports
• Past International President and Board Chair of GEAPS
• Member of Distinction GEAPS (2006)

Processing

Conducted continuous improvement projects in soy extraction and refining, refined oils, corn processing, corn milling, bioproducts, flour milling, soy isolates and proteins, cocoa, and chocolate

operational, engineering, organizational, value
establishment, and risk assessment inputs
• Developed strong safety culture and programs
• Managed ADM Milling food safety program for a period
of time
• Continuous improvement project in general
administration such as working capital reduction
• Certified train the trainer in numerous safety programs
• Green belt in Lean six Sigma
• Certified in HACCP for feeds and grain
• PCQI certified for Human and Animal Food under FSMA
